A meter revamp is necessary when there is a building renovation or where your service entrance structure is already dilapidated.
1. If you want to have your meter revamped, you would need to go to our Consumer Welfare Desk Officer at Pala-o or at our Gaisano Mall Extension office.
2. Since we will be revamping your meter, we will be charging a Service Fee for the request for meter revamp.
3. The meter installation is rehabilitated and meter connection are corrected to ensure your consumption is accurately captured.
4. The meter installation is corrected and properly fixed.
5. You may be charged of cost on materials used at your service entrance. If we find that your meter is defective, damaged or obsolete, your meter will be replaced as well.
