As a result of the implementation of the ERC-approved* Power Supply Agreement (PSA) with a power supplier, increase in PSALM rate and other charges (transmission, lifeline subsidy and government taxes), we wish to announce that starting February 2019, ILPI's customers will experience an average increase in its electricity rates by Php 1.9124 per kWh.

To mitigate the impact of this adjustment, we encourage our valued customers to conserve in the use of electricity.

Note however, that ILPI's Distribution, Supply and Metering (DSM) Charges remain the same since 2013.
