How can we help you with your Transformer?
Remove Transformer and Close Account
1. Submit a request letter to ILPI- Pala-o and indicate other relevant information.
2.Upon receipt of the letter, you will be given an assessment for transformer removal.
3. Once assessment is approved, you will be asked to make a payment for transformer removal.
4. We will remove the transformer in coordination with our Maintenance and Metering Teams.
5. If there are deposits under your account, our Customer Welfare Desk will assist you in processing your refund. Call us ahead for the requirements. Returning your deposit may take longer as it will need multiple validations and reviews.
