Reconnection (Meter not removed)
1. Personally visit our Pala-o Office with our requirements and ask for a reconnection of account from any of our service processors.
2. Bring the following. If you are:
The Reg. Customer: Valid I.D (Original & Photocopy)
Representative: Valid ID of Reg Cust & Rep. (Photocopy) and SPA/Affidavit (notarized)
Representative: Valid ID of Reg Cust & Rep. (Photocopy) and SPA/Affidavit (notarized)
3. Pay the following: Outstanding Balance, Bill Deposit Updating (based on your latest 12mos. Average consumption) and Service Fee of ₱ 22.40
4. If you have completed your payment, you will sign a contract.
5. Expect your service to be restored within 24 hours from payment and signing of contract.
