On December 17, 2018, Iligan Light & Power, Inc. (ILPI) filed the Application docketed as ERC Case No. 2018-118 RC, In the Matter of the Application for the Approval of Acmac Switching Station - Protection and Metering and Lines (PILMICO Foods Corporation 69 KV Outgoing Lines) Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Project and Its Corresponding Charges with the Energy Regulation Commission.
The said Application has been set for determination of compliance with the jurisdictional requirements, expository presentation, pre-trial conference and presentation of evidence on March 28, 2019 (10:00 AM) at the Pala-o Office, Bro. Jeffrey Road, Pala-o, Iligan City.
