To maintain the reliable and safe operation of its distribution network as well as to provide for the growing electricity demand in the franchise area, Iligan Light & Power, Inc. (ILPI) will be filing an Application with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) entitled "In the Matter of the Application for the Approval of Acmac Switching Station - Protection and Lines (PowerSource Philippines Energy, Inc. 69kV Outgoing Lines) Capital Expenditure Project and its Corresponding Charges".

The approval of the foregoing electric capital project will ensure that the customers of ILPI will be served continuously and reliably in accordance with the standards under the Philippine Distribution Code (PDC) and other regulatory obligations.
