On April 1, 2019, Iligan Light & Power, Inc. (ILPI) filed the Application docketed as ERC Case No. 2019-019 CF, In the Matter of the Application to Confirm the True-Up Calculations of Over and Under Recoveries of Pass-through Cost Adjustments Implemented for the Billing Periods from January 2016 to December 2018 with the Energy Regulatory Commission.

The said Application has been set for determination of compliance with the jurisdictional requirements, expository presentation, pre-trial conference and presentation of evidence on September 04, 2019 (10:00 AM) at 15th Floor, ERC Hearing Room, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
