Please take notice that the Commission issued an Order and a Notice of Virtual Hearing both promulgated on May 11, 2026.

In relation with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Order dated May 11, 2026 on ERC Case No. 2026-060 RC, In the Matter of the Application of the Contracts for the Supply of Electric Energy (CSEE) with Various Distribution Utilities, all located in the Mindanao Grid, the ERC has set the instant Application for hearing, pursuant to the pertinent rules of the Commission, for determination of compliance with jurisdictional requirements, expository presentation and Pre-trial Conference on 19 June 2026 (Friday) at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.).
